Q2: What if my loan is approved but the purchase falls through?
We hope this doesn’t happen – that would be a bummer! But if this situation does arise, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll sort it out together.
Q3: Who is eligible for a recreation loan?
We have a few parameters that help us determine if we can lend to you responsibly. These include earning more than $25,000 annually, no recent bankruptcies or unpaid defaults and being a permanent Australian resident. You’ll find some more of the finer details above.
